Job Title: E-commerce Marketing Executive (Quick Commerce)
Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (Local candidates only)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Executive who has strong expertise in Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart Minutes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing product listings, campaigns, platform operations, and driving online sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our presence on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and other quick commerce platforms.
* Create and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing.
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
* Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment with the operations team.
* Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and platform insights.
* Coordinate with category managers and account managers of quick commerce platforms.
* Improve product rankings and conversion rates.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business targets.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce or Quick Commerce.
* Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, inventory planning, and analytics.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate
* Only local candidates from Aligarh will be considered.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
* Experience in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, or consumer products will be an added advantage.
