Job Title: E – Commerce Manager
- Location: India - Remote (Potential transition to Hybrid – Delhi in the future)
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Work Model: 5 Days (Mon-Fri) | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (IST)
- Mandatory: 5+ years of e-commerce experience in consumer electronics, smartphones, or refurbished goods, with mandatory hands-on experience across African marketplaces like Jumia, Jiji, and Konga

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and datadriven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business across Africa. The role involves managing marketplace operations, driving sales growth, and building a strong online presence of company (Refurbished smartphone range through strategic digital initiatives)
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace & Website Management
- Manage Badili’s online presence on major platforms like Jumia, Jiji, Konga, Kilimall and other regional marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, pricing strategies, catalog management, and product descriptions tailored to local market preferences.
- Ensure all content aligns with Badili’s brand voice, quality standards, and sustainability positioning.
- Sales Growth & Performance
- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance, ROI, and key marketplace metrics daily.
- Pricing & Inventory Coordination
- Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to define competitive pricing, stock planning, and replenishment cycles.
- Ensure product availability and fulfillment SLA compliance for smooth customer experience.
- Customer Experience & Feedback
- Manage online reviews, ratings, and customer communications to maintain excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, or refurbished goods.
- Hands-on experience with Jumia, Jiji, Konga platform.
- Strong understanding market trends, customer behaviour
