We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to handle end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces for multiple brands and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms
* Create, upload, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate content, keywords, images, and categorization
* Handle listing optimization for better visibility, conversion, and platform ranking
* Develop and manage pricing strategies, discounting, and competitive benchmarking
* Analyze platform suitability and recommend the right marketplaces based on product categories and business goals
* Coordinate inventory updates, order management, dispatch tracking, and delivery flow with internal teams
* Monitor account health, policy compliance, ratings, reviews, and marketplace performance metrics
* Manage bank settlements, reconciliation, payout tracking, and basic financial coordination with marketplaces
* Generate regular sales, performance, and operational reports with actionable insights
* Coordinate with designers, operations, and marketing teams for smooth execution across platforms
* Identify growth opportunities through campaigns, promotions, ads, and platform-specific features
* Ensure end-to-end execution and ownership of marketplace growth and operations
Preferred Skills:
* Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms
* Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, pricing, and catalog management
* Good analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to manage multiple brands/categories simultaneously
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
Additional Pointers:
* Experience with marketplace ads and promotions
* Knowledge of reconciliation, GST invoicing flow, and settlement tracking
* Experience working with D2C or consumer brands across categories
