Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
E-commerce Manager to manage and grow the online business for an International Luxury Retail Brand. The candidate will be responsible for website management, online sales growth, digital campaigns, customer experience, and overall e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end D2C website operations revenue growth
- Plan execute SEM campaigns via Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
- Handle PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Instagram
- Optimize ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR conversions
- Conduct A/B Testing (ads, landing pages, creatives) to improve performance
- Manage payment gateways ensure smooth checkout experience
- Handle ORM (Online Reputation Management) reviews, ratings customer feedback
- Track KPIs generate performance insights
