About The Role
We are looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Manager to drive online business growth across marketplaces and D2C channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations, executing growth strategies, optimizing performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and D2C website channels
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including listings, cataloging, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
- Execute marketplace campaigns, promotional activities, and sale events
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, and customer retention
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams for smooth execution
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and competitive positioning across platforms
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace management
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace ecosystem and D2C operations
- Hands-on experience with seller panels and marketplace tools
- Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, wellness, or personal care industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Execution-focused mindset with ability to work in fast-paced/startup environments
- Excellent communication, coordination, and ownership skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling large marketplace sale events
- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and growth metrics
- Exposure to inventory planning and online merchandising
- Understanding of digital marketing and performance campaigns
