Role Description
This is an exciting full-time on-site opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager to be based in Bengaluru South. As an E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee the company's online sales platforms, strategizing and executing campaigns to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates. Day-to-day tasks will include managing product listings, monitoring online store performance, analyzing sales data, coordinating with marketing and operational teams, and implementing digital marketing initiatives. You will also focus on enhancing customer experiences while ensuring operational efficiency on e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, online sales strategy, and product listing management
- Skills in digital marketing, campaign planning, and analyzing traffic/conversion metrics
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the food or retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
