The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day third-party marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon Global, etc) operations and build relationships with KAMs of Marketplaces
• Work on AOP & visibility calendars with marketplaces on month on month basis. Monitor marketing execution, traffic, and ad performance.
• Monitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics ROS, discounts, listings, pricing, SLA breaches & returns
• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting
• Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply
• Competitor research analysis
• Experience in Amazon, Flipkart PLAs and PPC tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative, as well as able to work cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical & excel skills and a clear understanding of retail math
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Knowledge of Uniware or an inventory management system is a plus
• Background in Women's fashion is a plus
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of hands-on E-commerce experience across marketplaces
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
