Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Jaipur. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategy of e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, and maximizing revenue. Key tasks include setting up and managing online storefronts, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing campaigns, optimizing customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with e-commerce goals.
Qualifications
- E-commerce expertise: Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, online storefront optimization, and driving revenue growth.
- Digital marketing skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
- Data analysis capabilities: Strong skills in analyzing sales data, monitoring metrics, and using data to drive decisions.
- Project management and organizational skills: Ability to coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CMS systems, and e-commerce software.
- Customer-focused mindset: Understanding of customer behavior and ability to improve user experience and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively and manage stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
