Job Title: E-commerce Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage online sales operations for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, improving customer experience, and managing end to end e-commerce activities across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day e-commerce activities for different client brands
Upload and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, offers)
Coordinate with the internal marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to increase conversions
Ensure products are live, updated, and aligned with current campaigns
Coordinate with clients for stock updates, approvals, and new product launches
Track orders, returns, and customer issues and make sure they are handled properly
Identify gaps in the website or marketplace listings and fix them proactively
Requirements:
3–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce handling
Ability to manage multiple brands at the same time
Basic understanding of how online sales, offers, and campaigns work
Good coordination skills-both with clients and internal teams
Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Marketplace knowledge
