About Us
Mittal Store has been serving the Delhi NCR community in Delhi for 20 years. Alongside our regular grocery business, we're building up our premium dry fruits and gift pack range — and Diwali (November 8, 2026) is our biggest opportunity of the year.
The Role
We're looking for someone to run paid ads that bring us actual leads and orders for dry fruits and gift packs — not just impressions and reach. This is a performance-focused role with a clear near-term goal: drive dry fruit and gifting orders in the run-up to Diwali, then keep that momentum going through wedding season and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Set up and run Google local ad campaigns (Performance Max for Store Goals or equivalent local formats) targeting customers searching near our New Kondli location
- Set up and run Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook) with local radius targeting for dry fruits, gift packs, and bulk/corporate gifting orders
- Set up conversion tracking so we can clearly see what's producing calls, WhatsApp enquiries, direction requests, and orders
- Manage our ad budget efficiently — we'll agree the budget together and expect you to spend it where it's actually working
- Report to us regularly in plain numbers: what we spent, what we got, what you're changing next
- Adjust and optimize campaigns based on results rather than letting them run untouched
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience running Google and/or Meta ads for a small or local business — not just boosting posts. Be ready to walk us through a real campaign you've run and what it delivered.
- Understanding of local/geo-targeted advertising and conversion tracking setup
- Comfortable working independently and reporting remotely
- Results-oriented — you should care about orders and enquiries generated, not vanity metrics
- Good written Hindi; basic written English is a plus
