We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Jewelry Listing Specialist (US Shift)
Looking for a fast-paced e-commerce role that respects your weekends? We are hiring an E-Commerce Jewelry Listing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our digital store catalog across top US marketplaces!
📌 Role Summary
This role sits at the heart of our E-Commerce and Operations team. As our primary catalog gatekeeper, you will ensure our high-end jewelry inventory moves seamlessly into accurate, high-converting listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and our direct channels.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Catalog Creation: Build and publish accurate, compelling jewelry listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other US marketplaces.
Listing SEO & Optimization: Craft high-converting titles, descriptions, and backend keywords to boost organic search rankings.
Variation Mapping: Build and structure complex parent-child product variations (metal types, gemstone sizes, total carat weight).
Troubleshooting & Store Health: Audit stores daily to resolve suppressed listings, feed errors, category mismatches, and attribute flags.
Data Precision: Maintain high accuracy across pricing, SKU data, inventory levels, and bulk upload flat files.
📋 Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce catalog management, specifically within Jewelry, Luxury Goods, or Fashion.
Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay listing tools.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for bulk updates and flat file uploads.
Attributes: Sharp eye for product details, strong written English communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
💼 Work Setup & Schedule
🕒 Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US Shift)
🗓️ Schedule: Monday – Friday (Fixed Saturdays & Sundays OFF)
