Job Title: E-commerce Intern Company: The Indus Valley
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Portal Management: Assist in managing our e-commerce portals, including product listings, pricing, content, and inventory management (Amazon,Flipkart etc) .
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, customer behaviour, and market insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.
• Competitive Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to help our team make informed decisions.
• Content Development: Assist in creating and optimizing product content, including images, descriptions, and product titles.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to support overall e-commerce initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
