Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in managing online product listings, analyzing sales trends, monitoring website performance, and providing support for customer service inquiries. Responsibilities will also include helping with promotional campaigns, sales activities, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Commerce principles and basic business processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales trends and website metrics
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and customers
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and support to enhance shopper experiences
- Interest or experience in Sales activities related to e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools is a plus
- Passion for e-commerce and knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is an added advantage
