Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Intern role based in Mumbai. The E-Commerce Intern will support daily e-commerce operations, assist in managing online product listings, monitor inventory, and track order fulfillment. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, enhancing customer engagement through excellent service, and supporting sales initiatives with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Commerce and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate sales and inventory data
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and customers
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure positive customer experiences
- Basic Sales acumen to support revenue-generating activities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
