D2C & Marketplace | Amazon / Blinkit / Zepto | 3–6 Yrs Experience | F&B / FMCG preferred | Salary Range: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA depending on experience, industry background, and skills.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a driven e-commerce specialist to own and scale Native Milk's online presence — across our D2C website (nativemilk.co.in), Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy Instamart. You'll be the engine behind our digital growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Drive sales & revenue across website, Amazon & q-commerce channels
• Own product listings, SEO & content quality across all platforms
• Plan and execute paid ads — Amazon Ads, Google, Meta
• Manage inventory, forecasting & fulfilment coordination
• Run promotions, deals & campaigns aligned to platform calendars
• Analyze performance data and iterate rapidly
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams
WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
• Proven track record of scaling an F&B or FMCG D2C brand — from early stage to meaningful revenue
• Hands-on experience launching or scaling on Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart — you know how qcomm works end to end
Good to have
• 3–6 years in e-commerce, ideally in F&B or dairy/perishables
• Strong grasp of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central; Meta Algo;
• Performance marketing chops — ROI-first mindset
• Data-driven — comfortable owning dashboards & weekly reviews
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
