About the Role
We are looking for an E-commerce Growth Expert — Business & Strategy to lead and scale our e-commerce business. This is a senior, business-critical role for someone who has owned e-commerce revenue and profitability, understands the complexities of B2B commerce, and can convert market opportunities into clear, executable growth strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years overall, with strong experience managing and scaling e-commerce businesses, preferably in B2B.
E-commerce Business Leadership
Experience owning e-commerce revenue, profitability, customer experience, and overall business performance.
B2B Commerce Understanding
Strong understanding of complex products, custom pricing, quotations, distributors, dealers, and long B2B sales cycles.
Business Problem Identification
Ability to identify gaps in product discovery, conversion, sales operations, merchandising, fulfilment, and customer retention.
Growth and Scale Experience
Proven experience scaling an e-commerce business across markets, customer segments, channels, or product categories.
Commercial and Strategic Thinking
Ability to convert market opportunities and customer problems into clear offerings, partnerships, and revenue strategies.
