We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager with strong domain expertise in marketplace operations and financial reporting. This role will own the end-to-end operational flow across platforms, drive reconciliation accuracy, and improve efficiency across order lifecycle, logistics, and reporting. The focus is on execution excellence, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization rather than team management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Operations & Order Lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle across marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
• Ensure seamless order processing, dispatch, delivery, and returns handling within defined SLAs
• Track and optimize key metrics such as cancellations, RTR/RTD, and RTO%
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Logistics & Inventory Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse / 3PL partners to ensure smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory availability and plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory
• Optimize reverse logistics processes including returns and exchanges
• Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
• Perform detailed marketplace reconciliations (payments, TCS, GST, chargebacks, penalties, deductions)
• Prepare weekly and monthly settlement reports and highlight discrepancies
• Conduct SKU-level and platform-level margin analysis to drive profitability
• Liaise with marketplace teams to resolve financial discrepancies
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for business insights
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support decision-making through data-backed insights and recommendations
• Process Excellence
• Build, refine, and implement SOPs for operations, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure process adherence and standardization across workflows
• Continuously drive automation and efficiency improvements

Skillset & Qualifications Required:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
• Strong expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, and similar marketplace ecosystems
• Deep understanding of order lifecycle, logistics, and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in handling large datasets, MIS, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems and marketplace dashboards
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
