Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s online sales channels across websites and marketplaces. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling marketplace operations, product listings, customer experience, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings across websites and marketplaces
• Coordinate inventory, pricing, and stock updates regularly
• Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and customer queries
• Monitor marketplace performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Ensure product images, descriptions, and content are updated and optimised
• Track sales performance, customer behaviour, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches
• Maintain website hygiene and improve overall customer experience
• Assist in planning and executing online growth strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace seller panels
• Good understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and customer experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
