Role OverviewWe are looking for a Shopify E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end e-commerce operations, improving website performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain the Shopify store (product listings, collections, pricing, descriptions)
• Handle order processing, inventory tracking, and dispatch coordination
• Monitor website performance and optimize for conversions and user experience
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams
• Execute campaigns, offers, and website updates
• Analyze data (traffic, sales, customer behavior) to drive improvements
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of experience in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
Language RequirementsEnglish, Hindi, Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage)
Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
