E-commerce Executive (Sales) (D2C Brand Management)
Location: Grant Road, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize our D2C brand's presence on Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, revenue and customer satisfaction.
3. Analyse sales data, customer feedback and market trends to inform business decisions.
4. Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies, guidelines and regulations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to achieve business objectives.
6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms.
7. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product offerings, improve customer experience, and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce operations, driving sales, and improving customer satisfaction.
3. Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms, policies, and guidelines.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
