Role Overview
Full-time on-site role in Delhi. Responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations,
catalog, advertising, and growth across Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra and quick commerce platforms like
Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Catalog Management
• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Q-commerce platforms.
• Oversee product listings, A+ content, keyword optimization & catalog hygiene.
• Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility, events & promotions.
Advertising (Amazon & Flipkart PPC)
• Plan, execute & optimize PPC campaigns with spends of 5–10 lakhs/month per brand.
• Conduct keyword research, targeting, bid management & campaign structuring.
• Improve ACOS/ROAS, ranking, discoverability & category growth.
Quick Commerce Management
• Manage SKU onboarding, pricing, availability & visibility slots.
• Monitor performance, OOS %, fill rate & platform insights.
Analytics & Growth
• Track KPIs: sales, traffic, conversions, ACOS/ROAS, category share, Buy Box %.
• Prepare reports and actionable insights for scaling performance.
• Monitor competition, pricing trends & keyword/category shifts.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Q-commerce platforms.
• Strong expertise in Amazon PPC with proven high-budget management.
• Understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors & ad tools.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or FMCD preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple brands with attention to detail
