Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce and Q-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The role focuses on ensuring smooth platform operations, accurate product management, and efficient order handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of E-commerce and Q-Commerce platforms (website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)
* Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
* Ensure product information accuracy and proper categorization
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
* Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns/refunds
* Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads and stock updates
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Generate and maintain reports on sales, orders, and inventory
* Ensure smooth functioning of the website/app and report any issues
Requirements & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
* 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar role
* Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
* Should have knowledge of order management and inventory processes
* Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good communication and coordination abilities
