Role Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive for our Noida office to manage the Viya website and marketplace operations. The role includes uploading products, updating inventory, managing the catalogue, and coordinating orders.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining sales dashboards, managing listings on platforms like 1stDibs and Tata Cliq Luxe, and coordinating with internal teams for product content, pricing, and images.
Maintain and manage internal databases through spreadsheets and Excel sheets, including production timelines, inventory, pricing, and shipping schedules.
Update and maintain weekly sales dashboards and reports.
Skills Required
- Shopify backend management, marketplace listings, Excel reporting, and basic knowledge of SEO or performance marketing.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus
