Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive and Customer Service Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day ecommerce operations while ensuring an excellent customer experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day ecommerce store operations
- Generate dispatch labels and ensure accurate packaging
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of daily orders
- Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth logistics
- Handle inbound and outbound inventory management
- Maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms
- Manage order returns and work towards minimizing return rates
- Resolve customer queries and manage feedback efficiently
- Enhance overall customer experience across platforms
- Coordinate with third-party marketplaces to drive sales growth
- Work with account managers to plan and execute growth strategies
- Analyze sales data and optimize store performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations (Fashion industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of order processing and inventory management
- Experience with Shopify and ecommerce marketplaces preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
