Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive at Venivo Sports, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, maintaining customer accounts, driving sales, analyzing performance metrics, and managing a team. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive insights for e-commerce operations.
- Experience in Account Management and managing customer profiles effectively.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and build customer relationships.
- Team Management skills to lead and supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
