Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, based in Noida. The E-commerce Executive will oversee daily e-commerce operations, manage accounts, drive sales strategies, and lead a team to ensure seamless management of online platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing trends and sales data, developing and implementing sales campaigns, and contributing to the optimization of e-commerce strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet revenue targets
- Team Management skills, fostering collaboration and guiding a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focused mindset
