Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end online marketplace operations for our clothing and fashion brand across platforms such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and other e-commerce channels.
The candidate will be responsible for product listings, SEO optimization, inventory management, pricing strategy, sales growth, campaign execution, reporting, and overall marketplace performance management.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of apparel/fashion e-commerce operations and hands-on experience in managing online sales channels independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Ajio and other marketplaces.
- Handle complete marketplace operations from onboarding to daily account management.
- Ensure smooth execution of order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer coordination.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes.
- Upload product images, size charts, specifications, pricing, and inventory details.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for banners, creatives, and product content.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Improve product visibility and ranking through marketplace SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for higher conversions.
- Monitor product performance, ratings, reviews, and competitor activities.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
- Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory accuracy across all platforms.
Pricing & Sales Management
- Monitor pricing competitiveness and marketplace trends.
- Plan discount strategies, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend growth opportunities.
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Execute and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace campaigns.
- Coordinate during festive sales, deal events, and promotions.
- Improve ROAS, conversions, and marketplace visibility.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze revenue, profitability, ad performance, and customer trends.
- Present actionable insights to management for business growth.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.
- Strong understanding of fashion/apparel e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and catalog optimization.
- Experience in inventory and pricing management.
- Good analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of digital marketing and marketplace ads is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in clothing/fashion brand management preferred.
- Experience handling multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems is an added advantage.
