Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Ahmedabad. The E-commerce Executive will oversee day-to-day online store operations, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing. Responsibilities also include coordinating with logistics, monitoring website performance, analyzing sales trends, and managing customer queries to ensure an optimal user experience. The role demands close collaboration with other departments to drive e-commerce growth and enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and order processing.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in website management and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to optimize sales and online performance.
- Familiarity with logistics coordination, including shipping and delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG or food industry is an advantage.
