Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, SEO content, images, and A+ content
- Monitor and control inventory across channels
- Handle order processing, FBA/FBM fulfillment, returns & logistics
- Plan and optimize ad campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, PPC)
- Track sales, analyze performance, and generate reports
- Improve low-performing products (pricing, SEO, ads)
- Maintain account health and ensure policy compliance
- Monitor dashboards and operational tools
- Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback
- Manage website updates (products, banners, UX)
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, marketing & finance teams
- Work with marketplace account managers for growth
- Manage brand stores and optimize A+ / rich content
Requirements
- Experience in E-commerce / Marketplace handling
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and online selling platforms
- Basic understanding of ads, SEO, and analytics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
