We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, strong with numbers, and capable of handling a large portfolio of SKUs while delivering accurate reporting and performance insights. This role offers exposure to international marketplaces and global e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate seller accounts on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy
- Handle end-to-end marketplace operations including product listing, inventory management, pricing, and order processing
- Maintain and manage a large number of SKUs efficiently and accurately
- Monitor sales performance, conversions, and marketplace metrics
- Prepare and share regular reports related to sales, inventory, listings, and performance KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling e-commerce marketplaces
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy (international marketplace exposure will be an added advantage)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage pricing, inventory, and multiple SKUs
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Good communication skills
