Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive based in Akbarpur. The E-Commerce Executive will manage online sales channels, product listings, and digital inventory. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure stock accuracy, optimizing product descriptions for market platforms, analyzing online sales performance, and implementing strategies to boost customer engagement. The role may also involve overseeing customer inquiries and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce Platform Management and Online Product Listing
- Experience with Digital Marketing, SEO, and Content Optimization
- Skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Trend Forecasting
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Abilities
- Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Orientation
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment Processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with the leather and footwear industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
