Role Description
This is a full-time, E-Commerce Executive role located in Bengaluru South. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing accounts, driving sales, and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing sales operations and team dynamics to meet organizational objectives. The role includes working closely with various teams to ensure effective account management and seamless customer experiences within the growing e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product listings, optimization, and inventory on Amazon & Flipkart (Mandatory).
- Handle FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), order processing, dispatches, and returns.
- Run PPC campaigns and manage promotional activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analyze sales data and coordinate with marketplace managers.
Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central/Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and PPC.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical, organized and proactive.
