Role Description
Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Create and update RPD (Rich Product Descriptions) including A+ content, images, and keywords
Ensure accurate and SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords
Handle sales reconciliation and maintain daily/weekly performance reports
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance (ACOS, ROAS, CTR) and improve conversions
Manage inventory coordination and ensure stock availability
Track competitor activities and suggest pricing & promotional strategies
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) for smooth execution
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Sales to build and maintain relationships while driving revenue.
- Team Management and Sales Management skills to lead teams effectively and achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
