Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our cosmetics business on Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa Seller Central, optimizing product listings and executing strategies to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa seller accounts
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords
- Handle catalog management including product uploads, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor sales performance metrics across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and dispatch
- Ensure timely order processing, returns handling, and customer issue resolution
- Maintain marketplace compliance and adhere to platform policies
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to improve performance
- Generate regular reports on sales, stock, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa platforms
- Strong understanding of product cataloging and marketplace algorithms
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
