Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace and quick commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc., along with strong Excel skills and a good understanding of online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog updates across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
- Handle daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, inventory reports, and performance dashboards using Excel
- Track ads, promotions, and marketplace performance
- Resolve listing issues, order-related problems, and account health concerns
- Coordinate with account managers from different marketplaces
- Analyze sales trends and suggest growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce & Quick Commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data handling)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of ads/promotions is a plus
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG/Food/Nutrition brands
- Familiarity with seller panels and inventory tools
