Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage daily marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, and performance tracking across online platforms. The role requires strong coordination skills and a data-driven mindset to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor account health, seller performance metrics, and compliance.
- Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, and escalations.
2.Product Listing Management
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images).
- Ensure accurate product cataloging and category mapping.
- Maintain listing hygiene and update content regularly.
3. Inventory & Order Coordination
- Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
- Prevent stock-outs and manage replenishment planning.
- Monitor dispatch timelines and delivery performance.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily sales reports and marketplace KPIs.
- Analyze data related to traffic, conversions, and product performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
5. Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Resolve customer queries and feedback from marketplace panels.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon / Flipkart seller panels.
