We are looking for a results-driven Amazon E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon India and global marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central, a strong grasp of Amazon PPC, and a passion for driving sales through data-led decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content.
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI.
- Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and manage customer feedback and reviews.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Manage FBA inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce optimized creatives and brand store assets.
- Identify opportunities to expand to new Amazon marketplaces (e. g., UAE, US, UK).
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization best practices.
- Experience with FBA, inventory planning, and shipment creation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Nice To Have
- Experience with multi-channel e-commerce (Nykaa, FirstCry, Shopify, Myntra, etc. ).
- Knowledge of D2C brand strategy and marketplace growth hacking.
- Experience with international Amazon marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and brand protection tools.
