Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, located in Trivandrum. The E-commerce Executive will manage daily operations on the e-commerce platform, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee account management processes. The role involves analyzing sales trends, managing product content, coordinating with the internal team, and assisting with sales performance. The successful applicant will work closely with team members to drive growth and optimize online sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- 1-3 years of experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Basic understanding of online order lifecycle and e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in sales management and client relationship management
- Basic Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
