Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an E-Commerce Executive. The role involves managing online sales and ecommerce activities, overseeing account management, analyzing sales data, developing and maintaining effective sales strategies, and ensuring seamless team collaboration. The selected candidate will also work closely with internal teams to optimize online sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in Account Management and Sales to foster customer relationships and drive revenue
- Proficiency in Sales Management and Team Management to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG or related industry is a plus
