Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace performance, and maintaining accurate product information across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage product listings, catalogues, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product attributes.
● Handle day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, and other International platforms.
● Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
● Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for stock updates and replenishment.
● Track product performance, sales, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace metrics.
● Identify listing errors and resolve catalogue or marketplace-related issues.
● Coordinate with marketplace support teams for operational and account-related concerns.
● Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports related to sales, orders, inventory, and returns.
● Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, and market trends.
● Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and updated across all online platforms.
● Assist in improving product visibility, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
Required Skills
● Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
● Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Noon, etc.
● Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, inventory, and order processing.
Qualification
● Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online sales.
