Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive, located in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing online sales platforms, maintaining product listings, tracking sales performance, and analyzing e-commerce metrics to improve online sales. The role also involves overseeing account management, facilitating customer interactions, coordinating sales activities, and strategizing to enhance team performance and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating e-commerce metrics and driving performance improvements
- Experience in Account Management and handling customer relationships on e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to ensure operational efficiency and meet revenue targets
- Team Management skills, with a focus on collaboration and motivating team members for superior results
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales tools
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
