Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, images, and specifications
- Regularly update and optimize listings to improve visibility and performance
- Handle end-to-end order processing, from confirmation to dispatch, ensuring smooth operations
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order-related issues
- Manage customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, and email with a strong focus on quick resolution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across platforms, ensuring timely stock replenishment
- Oversee marketplace operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the brand website
- Ensure consistency in pricing, offers, and product availability across all channels
- Track platform performance and optimize listings to improve sales and conversions
- Identify and onboard new marketplaces to expand product reach and drive growth
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace management
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently
