Job Summary:
We are looking for an expert E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Amazon account management, advertising, listing optimization, sales growth, and daily e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Amazon Account Management
Ā· Manage complete Amazon account operations
Ā· Create and optimize product listings
Ā· Upload and manage A+ Content
Ā· Improve product visibility using SEO techniques
Ā· Handle listing errors and fix account issues
Ā· Manage Amazon tickets and communicate through seller support (Using chat, call & Email)
2. Amazon Advertising & Growth
Ā· Plan and manage Amazon Ads campaigns
Ā· Handle Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize performance
Ā· Monitor advertising budget and improve ROI
Ā· Increase product sales and visibility
3. Sales & Campaign Management
Ā· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and offers
Ā· Support sales growth across all online channels
Ā· Monitor campaign performance and improve results
4. Marketplace & Platform Management
Ā· Explore opportunities on new product specific e-commerce platforms
Ā· Manage and support expansion into additional marketplaces
5. Customer Support
Ā· Handle customer questions and complaints
Ā· Manage return and refund requests
6. Reporting & Analysis
Ā· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Based on demands)
Ā· Track sales performance
Ā· Analyze traffic, conversion rate, and customer behavior
Ā· Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Ā· Share recommendations to improve business performance
Required Skills & Experience:
ā
Minimum 5ā6 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce
ā
Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central
Good knowledge of:
ā
Product listing creation and optimization
ā
Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
ā
Amazon PPC management and optimization
ā
Sales promotions and campaign execution
ā
E-commerce analytics and reporting
ā
Strong MS Excel skills
ā
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
ā
Excellent communication and coordination skills
ā
High attention to detail
ā
Advanced English communication is mandatory
Education:
Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
