- Managing and operating Zomato and Swiggy seller dashboards
- Updating menus, pricing, offers, and product availability
- Monitoring online orders and coordinating with outlet/store teams
- Handling customer complaints, ratings, and reviews on platforms
- Ensuring smooth order processing and timely issue resolution
- Coordinating with Zomato and Swiggy support teams when required
- Monitoring daily online sales and preparing performance reports
- Planning platform promotions, discounts, and visibility campaigns
- Maintaining proper listing quality, images, and product descriptions
- Tracking cancelled orders, refunds, and operational issues
- Supporting online sales growth and customer retention initiatives
- Assisting in basic social media and online branding activities when required
