Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The E-Commerce Executive will manage online product listings, ensure product visibility across platforms, and handle customer queries to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing accounts, engaging in sales and promotion activities, coordinating with teams to enhance the customer experience, and maintaining records of transactions and inventory for reporting purposes. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with logistics and inventory teams to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for monitoring online sales performance, analyzing data, and providing insights
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and manage relationships with online platforms and stakeholders
- Sales and Sales Management skills for driving e-commerce growth and achieving targets
- Team Management skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the marine or industrial supply industry is a plus
