We are looking for a motivated and energetic E-Commerce Executive who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company. This role is ideal for someone who has basic marketplace experience and wants hands-on exposure to all aspects of e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
* Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
* Create, update, and maintain product listings.
* Upload product details, images, pricing, and inventory.
* Monitor listing quality and resolve basic catalog issues.
Inventory Management
* Track stock levels across marketplaces.
* Update inventory regularly to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
* Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
* Maintain inventory records and reports.
Order Processing
* Monitor daily orders and shipment status.
* Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
* Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment issues.
* Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and RTO orders.
Customer Support & Account Health
* Respond to customer queries and marketplace tickets.
* Maintain seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications.
* Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.
Reporting & Coordination
* Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
* Prepare weekly performance updates.
* Use Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
* Support management with operational insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in E-Commerce Operations preferred.
* Basic working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.
* Exposure to Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Seller Panel will be an advantage.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Compensation
Fixed Salary
₹15,000 per month
Performance Incentives (Up to ₹7,000 per month)

Total Monthly Earning Potential
