Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce professional to manage end-to-end online sales operations, website performance, and customer experience for our premium beauty brands. This role will work closely with internal teams including Marketing, CRM, IT, and Customer Service to drive revenue growth and enhance digital consumer journeys.


Key Responsibilities


1. Website & Inventory Management

  • Plan and manage website inventory to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts
  • Track product performance and maintain accurate listings across platforms
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy, pricing, and merchandising hygiene

2. Offer Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute monthly and campaign-based offers in alignment with brand strategy
  • Coordinate with IT teams for timely and accurate implementation of offers on the website
  • Optimize product visibility and promotions based on sales performance and trends

3. Sales Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance, offers, and campaign effectiveness
  • Generate actionable insights to improve conversions, AOV, and overall revenue
  • Monitor key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, and product-level performance

4. Customer Experience & Order Management

  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality resolution and experience
  • Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery tracking
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting customer satisfaction

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work with the Brand/Creative team for banners, creatives, and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with CRM teams for weekly/monthly campaigns including app push notifications, email, and WhatsApp marketing
  • Align with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels


Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, offer mechanics, and digital sales funnels
  • Experience working with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in beauty/skincare brands or premium/luxury segments
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or similar
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
