📦 Hiring: Ecommerce Dispatch Executive

📌 Job Summary
We are looking for an Ecommerce Dispatch Executive with strong experience in marketplace operations, including Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBA consignment handling. The candidate should be well-versed in dispatch processes, inventory coordination, and marketplace compliance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle daily ecommerce dispatch operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Process orders: picking, packing, labeling & shipping
Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
Prepare and manage FBA consignments (Amazon & Flipkart)
Create shipment plans, box labels, and coordinate warehouse dispatch for FBA
Ensure proper barcode labeling (FNSKU), packaging & compliance
Coordinate with transporters for FBA warehouse delivery
Track FBA shipments and resolve discrepancies
Handle returns (RTO), order tracking & issue resolution
Maintain inventory records & stock reconciliation
Generate invoices, shipping labels & MIS reports
🎓 Qualification
Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Science, or Arts)
Prior experience in ecommerce operations / warehouse / supply chain preferred
Basic knowledge of order processing and inventory management
Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify platforms is an advantage
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
🧾 Experience
⏳ 1 to 2 years of experience in Ecommerce Dispatch / Operations (Mandatory)
📦 Hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify order processing
🚚 Experience in Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBA consignment handling preferred
📊 Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination
