About the Role
Optimick Media is looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day e-commerce operations of our client. This is a paid internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new orders through the website dashboard.
- Call customers to confirm orders and verify order details.
- Update order status and maintain order records.
- Coordinate confirmed orders with the seller for processing and dispatch.
- Generate/print shipping labels and follow up on pending orders.
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Handle basic customer queries related to orders.
- Research trending products, competitors, pricing, and market demand.
- Identify potential new products for the store.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist with basic digital marketing and e-commerce activities.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online selling.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and web-based dashboards.
- Good follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Internship & Career Opportunity
- Paid Internship: ₹8,000/month
