Role Description
We are seeking a Freelance E-Commerce Web Developer specializing in Shopify and WordPress for a full-time remote role. The developer will design, develop, and maintain e-commerce websites with a focus on user experience, functionality, and scalability. Daily tasks include front-end and back-end development, implementing custom features, integrating payment gateways, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with the design team, optimizing website performance, and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming using relevant technologies
- Hands-on experience in Web Development using Shopify and WordPress
- Expertise in Web Design with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways into e-commerce platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote working environment
- Experience with performance optimization and ensuring website scalability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience is preferred
